Job Summary:
Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (MPI) is seeking an Employer Contracts Representative. This Representative is responsible for the administration, coordination and review of both signatory and non-signatory Employer documents, Collective Bargaining Agreements, Employer correspondences, payroll batch verification/resolution, production title verification, incoming department line calls, and special projects.

Responsibilities:
· Data Entry and Document Review
o Input all critical data related to Employer documents accurately and efficiently.
o Resolve issues related to contribution reports that have been held or otherwise not processed during the automated contribution processing.
o Evaluate documents to determine conformity with the Plans’ Trust Agreements.
· Customer Service and Communication
o Respond to written and verbal inquiries from Participants, Employers, Payroll Companies, and Unions professionally and promptly. Inquiries include, but are not limited to, complex issues related to Collective Bargaining Agreements and contribution reporting matters.
o Coordinate and communicate with Unions, Employers, and payroll companies on various matters.
o Coordinate and communicate with other MPI departments to ensure seamless operations and information flow.
· Other Responsibilities
o Special projects and additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative work in an office environment.
· Experience with Trust Funds, multi-employer trust funds, or the entertainment industry is a plus.
· Familiarity with MPI’s Trust Agreements is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills; comprehensive problem-solving skills.
· Ability to explain and confirm understanding of complex issues related to the various agreements and departmental procedures.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities to meet deadlines.
· Ensure accuracy and precision in work output, maintaining neat and meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
· Self-motivated and well-organized, proficient in time and resource management.
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
· Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability, including working overtime or extended hours as needed.
· Ability to accept direction and developmental guidance from supervisors to support professional development and growth.

This is a Class 3a Union-affiliated position starting at $25.46 per hour.
